Diller-Brown & Associates, Inc. employs factory trained service personnel at our Orlando location. Service may be performed at your location based upon receipt of your contingent purchase order.; You may also send equipment to our Orlando service facility for evaluation and or repair. Some warranty / service work may also be performed directly by the manufacturers we represent at their facilities.

| Field Service & Startup: |
$1.00 mile for travel, plus expenses.
On site service time billed at $120.00 per hour for a maximum eight hours. Additional time over eight hours will be billed at $180.00 per hour.
$360.00 minimum service time will be billed for travels greater than 95 miles from our location, regardless of time spent on site. |
