Services

Diller-Brown & Associates, Inc. employs factory trained service personnel at our Orlando location. Service may be performed at your location based upon receipt of your contingent purchase order.; You may also send equipment to our Orlando service facility for evaluation and or repair. Some warranty / service work may also be performed directly by the manufacturers we represent at their facilities.

Fee Schedule
 
Field Service & Startup: $ .75 per mile for travel, plus expenses.
On site service time billed at $95.00 per hour for a maximum eight hours. Additional time over eight hours will be billed at $130.00 per hour. $250.00 Minimum
 
Bench Repairs: $60.00 Per hour (One hour minimum) Plus return freight
 
Weekends: 1.5 Times the rates above
 
Holidays: 2.0 Times the rates above
 
Expenses: Lodging, meals & tolls will be invoiced at cost.
 
Parts: Required parts and materials will be invoiced at prevailing costs.
 
Normal Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
